Colombia's event scene was growing fast but ticketing infrastructure hadn't caught up. Producers juggled spreadsheets and cash payments. Attendees had no single place to discover and buy tickets. The market needed a purpose-built platform — not another Eventbrite clone, but something designed for how Latin American events actually work.

We architected and built the entire platform: a Next.js web app for event discovery and ticket purchasing, a producer dashboard for event creation and sales tracking, a React Native mobile app for on-site QR validation, real-time seat inventory with Supabase, integrated payments with local methods, and an analytics engine for producers to understand their audience.
