These Terms of Service govern your use of Dream Studio's website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Dream Studio provides the following professional services:
All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and costs. A signed contract is required before work begins.
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend the timeline.
Changes to project scope after contract signing may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Upon full payment, all deliverables and custom code become the property of the client. Dream Studio retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in the project. The client receives a license to use these as part of the delivered solution.
We provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes and issues directly related to our work. This does not cover changes to project requirements or third-party services.
Ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged under a separate agreement.
Dream Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
